What if you wanted to say his/her name is...
well that's easy... if you know what he's/her's is in french.... It's Il (He) Elle (She)
So...
Elle s'appelle Jacqueline.... (Her name is Jacqueline)
Il s'appelle Richard... (His name is Richard)
and what about he or she is from....
I'm going to use Edwardsville as their town.
Elle est d'Edwardsville ou Il est d'Edwardsville. (She is from Edwardsville... or... He is from Edwardsville)
REVIEW:
Caleb: Bonjour Madame. Je m'appelle Caleb Pecue. Comment allez-vous?
Jacqueline: Bien, merci. Et vous? Je m'appelle Jacqueline. Je suis de Saint Louis. Et vous?
Caleb: Je suis d'Edwardsville.
(Richard walks by but Caleb doesn't know him, so Jacqueline tell him who he is.)
Jacqueline: Il s'appelle Richard. Il est de Kansas. Il est pas sociable et timide... (he is not sociable and is timid)
I don't expect you to know those adjectives yet. But they are coming up soon.
